"Peak Urban Design provides site-led layouts that reduce planning risk by starting with landform, context & constraints - not standard approaches..."

How We Work
-
Early engagement to test constraints and opportunities
-
Iterative layout development alongside planning and technical teams
-
Clear, concise drawing packages aligned to submission requirements

Our Approach
Every site is unique, with its own distinct set of characteristics. It is important that we identify these early on so that we can deliver an inspired scheme which is rooted in place.

We begin with a thorough analysis of the project’s context, including its site, cultural and historical background, environmental conditions, and client requirements.
A concept is shaped by a combination of functional needs, aesthetic aspirations, movement, nature and connection to context. We develop this core idea into visual and spatial expressions, using sketches, models, and diagrams to explore its potential and gain initial feedback from the team.

We believe that a considered approach to design, combined with positive engagement with planners and the rest of the project team, will result in an earlier decision.
